Mason Jenkins began tattooing in 2017 (under the guidance of Steve  Peace) after retiring (undefeated) from teaching elementary school. Prior to working at Radio Block Tattoo, Mason worked under Karrie Arthurs, at Blackbird Electric Tattoo.

Mason  is a transgender man, which makes him an excellent inclusivity bingo  dab to our team. Bring your transphobic uncle to your next tattoo  appointment, and watch Mason charm him into allyship and at least one  non-problematic tattoo.

Jenkins is an advocate for silly/fun tattoos and loves nothing more  than trying to make whatever ridiculous concept you desire... "look  tough." He also loves covering up Harry Potter tattoos. Doing so adds 5  years to his lifespan.

Jenkins'  focus in tattooing remains in North American Traditional, but "traddy  tattooing" doesn't equate "traditional values." Progressive,  anti-oppressive, kind, caring, communicative, and gentle, are all words  clients have associated with Mason.
